Explore and discover paddle sports! We offer unique workshops lead by inspirational leaders from the Toronto paddling community to build skills in SUP Racing, SUP Surfing and more.

- Workshops require a minimum of 2 guests to participate. You will not be charged and the experience will not run until the minimum requirements are met
ACRO ISLAND FIELD TRIPJoin us alongside Acro Toronto (Anya Taraboulsy) for a special 2 hour acro and SUP session followed by lunch at the Island Cafe and a beach jam on Ward's beach. Acro Toronto and Toronto Island SUP are joining forces again to offer an unforgettable adventure where you'll learn the art of paddling and delve into exciting acro techniques on the board. Experience will be lead under the expert guidance of Julian & Anya. No SUP experience necessary but some basic partner acro experience is recommended. Lunch not included.

Maddi is a passionate and inspirational SUP athlete born and raised in the heart of Niagra. In 2017, she claimed the Ontario SUP Series overall Open Female Category winner as well as the Elite Female category in 2018. When she is not on the water, she’s supporting her fundraiser “On Board”, dedicated to raising money for the Canadian Cancer Society.

This flat water workshop is geared towards those who are new to SUP surf and would like to learn the skills needed to be ready for the upcoming Great Lakes surf season in the fall and winter! Build confidence to take your paddle board into the surf zone with a certified SUP instructor!

Jordan-na is an instructor, writer, and community builder who paddles and surfs the Great Lakes year-round. A recognizable face in the local scene since 2012, she obtained her first instructor certification in 2017, and is now a Paddle Canada instructor. She has been featured in a national campaign for Tourism Canada and she has been interviewed by several media outlets such as PBS, Breakfast Television, and the Toronto Star. Jordan-na is a proud team member of Taiga Board, a ROXY brand ambassador, and a co-organizer for Lake Surfistas.

We offer 3 options for keeping your belongings safe and dry while on the water. Keep in mind, one phone size dry bags is included for each participant in the workshop. Extra add ons such as lockers can easily be added to your booking at the end of checkout.
