2. ​Please arrive on time. We may not be able to extend your booking if you arrive too late.
3. Experiences are subject to inclement weather. If it is deemed unsafe to be on the water, we will cancel your booking and you will receive a full refund
4. Lessons require a minimum of 2 guests to participate. You will not be charged and the lesson will not run until the minimum requirements are met

• If joining a group lesson as an individual, the class must have at least 2 people for it to run. Prepare to change the date if this is the case. You will be notified if the class does not fill up.
• Automatic family discount for groups of 3+ people (10% off), 6+ people (15% off).

ADDITIONAL INFO:
We offer an additional hour for $10 after every lesson for guests to practice their skills and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Toronto Islands. However, during the months of August and September, the additional hour will not be available due to the earlier sunset. Please note that this limitation is a result of our operating hours being aligned with daylight.​

We provide three options to keep your belongings safe and dry during your water activities. Please note, each participant in the Intro to Kayak lesson receives a complimentary dry bag suitable for a phone. Additional add-ons, such as lockers, can be conveniently included at the end of the checkout process.

Please be aware that we are not liable for any lost or stolen personal items. Add-ons are available while supplies last. If an add-on is unavailable upon your arrival, we will offer a refund or provide an alternative solution for storing your belongings.
