Courses occur over a 2-3 day period on weekends. The Friday evening of this course is virtual so you only have to be here on Saturday and Sunday. This is a 16 hour course. We generally have a virtual meet and greet on the Friday evening for about 2 hours. Both Saturday and Sunday run from 9-5:30 but can run longer depending on a variety of factors. All guests must have successfully completed the Paddle Canada Basic & Advanced SUP Skills courses to participate in the SUP Instructor Course. All participants must have valid First Aid & CPR-C. We host an in-house First Aid & CPR-C course triennially as part of staff training.
