Join us for 9 days of healthy living and fun in the ocean followed by an epic SUP adventure in one of Nicaragua’s most beautiful and seldom visited regions. This trip has the potential for healing through food, personal growth and adventure balanced with a good dose of laid back fun in the sun.

On this trip, you'll learn how to stand up paddle board, surf coastal waves, experiment with vegan and vegetarian foods, explore Nicaragua’s raw beauty, and discover stillness through yoga. Nicaragua is the perfect place to kick start a healthy lifestyle and check a few novel experiences off the life-list.

MORE INFO
Imagine waking up every day with opportunities for exploring endless estuaries by SUP, surfing gentle beach breaks, practising Yoga on the sunset deck and eating some of the best raw vegan food you will ever have the privilege to eat. We will be taking a group of adventurous people to the Gracious Living Oasis (GLO) in Aposentillo, Nicaragua. This healthy living oasis, located on a hill overlooking the ocean, is a 10-minute walk through the fishing village to the beach and is a 5-minute drive to numerous surfing beach breaks in the area. The owner, Grace van Berkum is meticulous in providing an anti-inflammatory, fresh, super-food menu designed to energise and heal the body.

At the end of the week we will partake in a SUP adventure just north in the more remote Padre Ramos Reserve in Jiquilillo with the Livit Water professionals. This is one of the largest and most scenic estuaries in Central America and is in the shadow of a beautiful volcano range including the mighty Volcan Cosiguina.
